TRAINING |



Once you become a Skin Kind franchisee, the first stage of your new career is training. Our training system has been developed over 15 years of trading and will involve a combination of office-based, followed by field-based training within the company’s core territory, working with its key employees who deliver our service and install our products on a daily basis. The first stage of your training lasts for five days, during which time you will be given all the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to become a very successful franchisee. Following this, you will return to your territory to spend one week working on your own initiative in order that you are able properly to identify your strengths and weaknesses and to help us clarify any particular training needs or knowledge gaps that you may have.
The second formal part of your training will be based upon your own personal requirements; this may include more in-depth training on certain aspects of the business. If required we will continue to work with you on a one to one basis making appointments, seeing customers and securing new trials. Whatever additional hands-on training is required takes place at this stage.

Even though your training and the materials provided will give you everything you need to succeed in this exciting business, you will still need our ongoing support to help develop and successfully manage your new business. Our Directors and staff will be on hand to deal with any technical, sales or marketing questions that you may have. We will also continue to work with you in the field to ensure that your business grows and develops.
