If you have a problem or are unhappy with your purchase, we will put the matter right.

DELIVERIES...
Deliveries to All UK Mainland domestic or business address are usually made within 3 working days between 8am and 6pm.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any defective or unused items will be refunded in full. We will only accept return of goods up to 90 days from date of dispatch.

All items must be in their original packaging. The customer will cover all costs of returning goods, unless the item(s) where delivered in error or are faulty. SkinKind recommend items to be returned are sent by recorded delivery.

WHERE AND WHEN CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?
Deliveries to All UK Mainland domestic or business address are usually made within 3 working days between 8am and 6pm. If you are not in when the carriers call, the carriers will leave a card at the delivery address advising they tried to deliver. The card will give you instructions of how to rearrange delivery or how you can collect the goods.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE A GUARANTEE?
All of our products carry a full manufacturer’s guarantee and are also covered by our no quibble returns policy.

IS EVERYTHING IN STOCK?
We carry a large range of products in stock, however if an item is out of stock you will be advised by return. You can of course then cancel your order if the suggested alternative selection is not suitable.
